Description

Up one flight of spiral stairs to a screened in studio apartment with kitchenette( two burner stove, micro refrigerator) full bath table and chairs, sofa couch and matrimonial bed. Wide open bay and arroyo views. The locals spend time in the arroyo, it's great swimming for adults and children. The arroyo washes out after a rain. The sands come and go. The beach is rocky most of the time.

The space
Its real Mexico, Spanish is spoken. Read about what we have to offer very carefully. Make an informed decision about staying with us. We would rather have five stars than a critique of something we have no control over. We are above cleaning standards for our area, and fall below city standards. I myself feel it could be cleaner, I have to accept the local standards.

Guest access
A half acre of bay frontage. We have one complaint of a rough road entrance. Please note these are things beyond our control.

Other things to note
Juan Carlos can help get special seafoods, jumbo prawns, oysters, dorado. If there is something like linens, toilet paper, or water that is needed, JC can help.
DOGS: Any potentially intimidating dogs must remain on a leash at all times while on the property. There’s a public beach in front of the house. We don’t accept dogs without prior approval. There’s two small dogs on the property.

It’s a perfect place for rest

A colonial house, simple and very well located. It has the necessary comforts and attention at the moment.
There is a small beach just a few meters away, very clean and quiet. Very tasty restaurants within walking distance. Recommended!!!
