The space
This is a very unique property. There is direct beach access right out front and also a small/medium size stream that passes along side the house that you can swim in most of the year. There are no visible neighbors so your really feel like you are in your own little slice of paradise. The house consists of a lower level with two private bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, kitchen and a covered ocean view terrace. The second level was recently added on to the main house and is best described as a bright, spacious open living studio space. There are two full size day beds, a small kitchen with a stove top range, a fridge and all the necessities. It has a good size bathroom and and ocean views throughout.

Guest access
This is a great space for a larger family traveling together who stills wants to have their private space. The whole house can be rented or just the top/bottom level.
Other things to note
This is a beautiful area that is off the beaten track of the usual tourist destinations. It is a very traquil area and is a great place to come if you are looking to relax. There is a property next door that rents for weddings that last until 1AM.

Terrific location when you have the sea at your backyard! You can spend hours just being in the house and you won't get bored, the location is so great! A big, expansive garden and a freshwater canal by the side to wash off the sand make the place even more awesome. Also, a big shout out to Juan Carlos, the caretaker, he made our stay much simpler with his hospitality and local tips.

This is a really special property. The yard is shady with direct beach access. The river running alongside is wonderful. Andy, the host, is friendly, laid back and very helpful. The house has everything we needed. If you want a beach vacation that is quiet and not filled with tourists, you’ll be happy here. There are beachfront restaurants close by and transportation to other beaches is convenient. I would not hesitate to book this house again and again!

Tranquil fishing village with super friendly locals, if you're looking for a more authentic Mexican experience this is it. Gorgeous sunsets from the house; house itself is basic but location makes up for it.

Alberto

The view is amazing you will not get a better view, and you have both a privet beach and a river. The vegetation is beautiful. The only downsides are the street to get to the house is rough so be careful specially if you have a rented car and make sure to take extra towels and sheets. Andy responses super quítame very friendly and Juan Carlos is very friendly and quick to help we where very happy with this rental .

Great place for a weekend out of the city

What a special place this is! Simple and rustic, yet with views and a location that are truly breathtaking. The house manager, Juan Carlos, was so friendly and knowledgeable. We loved just chatting with him about the area and getting some great recommendations. We rushed home everyday to make sure that we were there to experience the sunsets. The views from the house, between the palm trees, as the sun set over the ocean, were so special and really did take ones breath away.

Great place. Unbelievable location. Cozy. Felt like home.

excellent place and spectacular view. just like the photo. Only if you go with children the beach is not the best or very safe. super nice to relax. away from the noise.

The place is very nice and has all the services indicated in the ad. Andy and Juan Carlos were excellent hosts and with great communication at all times. The place is a rustic place, so don't expect too many luxuries, but it has everything you need. Also, the view and the beach are incredible. It is important to know that to go to the beach you have to wait for the tide to go out and return before it rises (between 9 am and 4 pm is great to go to the beach). Great for pets (Andy has two great dogs that come with you to the beach), but not for people with any mobile disabilities. Totally recommended. The internet works great for longer stays.
